For all Projects, you should start to receive some of the first designs within 24 hours of creating your Project … and will continue to receive designs right up to the deadline date.

If you’re not completely happy with any of your designs, please let us know as soon as possible. We will help re-write your brief to get the designers back on track, or re-run your competition with new designers. TheDesignLab also offers a money-back guarantee on all Projects.

Each Designer will provide a minimum of two designs. And remember, the more designers, the more design options you’ll receive. Rest assured, you’ll be receiving top quality work from our talented, qualified Aussie designers … unlike some other online design marketplaces.

All pf our designs are custom creations. This guarantees you a unique identity, as created by a professional TheDesignLab Designer. Unlike buying a generic template online, you will receive one-of-a-kind artwork based on your specific needs and preferences.

Once you choose your final, preferred design, you will receive associated design files for that Project in all file formats. The designs will be accessible in your TheDesignLab account.

Absolutely.

After you receive your initial design concepts, designers will provide two (2) revisions, based on your feedback. Any further revisions are at the discretion of the designer.

In the case of a ‘Multiple Designer’ contest, removal of designers is up to your timing and decision.

Make sure to provide clear advice with your feedback to ensure the designer knows what you’re looking for.

And, if you’re not keen on a designer’s work in a ‘Multiple Designer’ contest, don’t leave them hanging; set them free.
